ACTIVITIES OF April 2006

1. Participating  in the conference that is being held by National Democratic Institute NDI in Baghdad, on April,6^th ,2006 the conference is concentrated on discussing and presenting the national decisions and issues which had been figured out from Civic Outreach Program and also discussing results of the letters that had been addressed to Iraqi Parliament .
2. The Head of the Organization paid an official visit to Swiss Liaison – Baghdad ,he met Liaison Secretary and they had a long discussions to promote the relations and the possibilities of supporting some Organizations' projects.
3. Under the patronage of Kurdistan Journalists Syndicate, three days workshop are being held by the Organization from 11-13/04/2006 to promote the skills of journalists in Duhok governorate, the participants were more than 35 persons from different kind of Press Foundations ,the workshop is concentrated on forming news press ,the technical of the reportage and the duties of the correspondents.
4. On April,22,2006, Professor Anne-Liis von Knorring, the Head of the Department of Neuroscience, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Uppsala University in Sweden Paid an official visit to Organization to discuss the future activities that can be assigned between the 2 sides.
5. On April,25,2006 the organization performed a workshop about the role of Media in building the capacity of the civil society.
