Activities of September 2006

1.  In the 3^rd of Sept. KCRO participated in one-day Workshop, which is held by NDI to Core NGOs within Kurdistan Regional Government on how to administrate the Grants and how to present the financial reports according to NDI policy.

2.  In the 6^th of Sept. KCRO executed the second session to (The role of civil society organizations in defending Citizen Rights) the session was on Signing the disorder in performance of governmental institutions, many representatives of Duhok NGOs and Unions participated in this session.

3.  In the 7^th of Sept. KCRO participated in the festival of Sheikh Mamdooh Al-Befrikani .In Duhok, which is organized by Culture and Arts Directorate.

4.  In cooperating and coordinating with NDI, KCRO Executed its project in 11^th ,September , on enhancing the interaction between the members of Parliament and Governorate bodies with peoples, this project will last for three months.

5.  KCRO participated in a workshop held by ICSP from 12^th -13^th   of September  for how to set up the internal system to NGOs

6.  In the 13^th of September, KCRO participated in the Meeting, which is held by Ministry of Human Rights within Kurdistan Regional government in Erbil as a consulting Board.

7.  Under the patronage of the prime minister, Mr. Noori Almaliki, KCRO participated in the National Reconciliation and Dialogue Conference, from 16^th -17^th,September, which is held and organized by Ministry of state of Civil Society affairs, in Baghdad, many NGOs, institutions, unions and syndicates had participated in this conference.

8.  In the 28^th of September KCRO participated in the meeting, held by NDI to all the Core NGOs, about the way to keep the NGOs its independence and continue creating active relations with International organizations.
