Activities of August 2006

1. On 8^th of August 2006 KCRO participated in the first Archaeology conference in Dohuk . the conference held to  announce the searches results done on Gahar Stoon  and attended by lots of archaeology experts  .
2. On 12^th of August 2006 KCRO participated in the workshop held by Doban Cultural Center in Sumel on Encouraging Women and Youth to participate in politic and election process .
3. On 13th of August 2006 KCRO participated in the Ninth anniversary festival of Nohedra which held by Nohedra Cultural Center and lasted for 3- days. The festival concentrate on cultural and poetic was attended by many of cultural people and artistic teams from Kurdistan abroad.
4. On 22^nd of August 2006 KCRO participated in a training course of promoting the journalistic capacity of the journalists which held by Iraqi Red Crescent / Dohuk branch in cooperation with  Elind  Organization .

5. With cooperation of many NGOs and civil society  organizations KCRO held an open session on the assistance of Civil Society Organizations in defending citizen rights.. The session came out with lots of significant recommendations.
